You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. Promotional and sale-priced items remain eligible under the same return rules unless a product page clearly identifies a legally permitted exception before purchase.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in substantially the same condition in which it was received, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Items damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or ordinary wear are not eligible for a discretionary return.

Contact customer service before shipping a return so we can confirm authorization and provide handling instructions. Unless customer service provides another return address in writing, authorized returns should be sent to the address above. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or lost.
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by us, we will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping. For a return based on preference, accidental order, or another reason not caused by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges and customs charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error.
No restocking fee applies to incorrect, damaged, or defective items caused by us. For an authorized discretionary return of a non-defective item, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to cover inspection and repackaging. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before you send the return.
We aim to inspect authorized returns within 5 business days after they are received. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund. We will notify you if the returned item does not meet the stated conditions.
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and supporting photos or video. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
For the fastest exchange, request a return authorization and tell us which replacement item you need. Availability is not guaranteed. Any price difference will be confirmed before the exchange is processed.
You may request cancellation before an order is fulfilled by emailing support@haisstronica.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipment has started. If the order has shipped, the return rules above apply.
Gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, and items that cannot be returned for health, safety, or legal reasons are non-returnable where permitted by law. This does not affect rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
