  1. Match the cable gauge, lug barrel and stud-hole size to the connection.
  2. Cut the cable cleanly and strip it to the barrel length without damaging strands.
  3. Insert the conductor fully, select the marked crimp position and compress the barrel.
  4. Inspect and pull-test the crimp, then cover the barrel with heat shrink tubing and heat evenly.
