Ferrules create compact, durable terminations on stranded wire before it enters a terminal block, screw clamp, control panel, relay, power supply, appliance, or audio connection. Choose by conductor size, ferrule length, insulation color, pack quantity, and the crimp profile required by the terminal geometry.
| AWG/mm² | Ferrule Length | Color | Quantity | Required Crimp Profile |

Use a barrel length that fits the stripped conductor and terminal-block opening. Strip only to the barrel length and keep insulation outside the conductive sleeve.
Use a square or hex ferrule crimp profile sized for the conductor and terminal geometry. Pull-test the crimp before inserting it into the terminal block.
