Restock the wire terminals and connector sizes used most often without replacing an entire tool kit. This collection includes solder seal connectors, heat shrink terminals, non-insulated terminals and an organizer option for professional repair benches, fleet work and repeat wiring jobs.
Replace the color and AWG range that runs out first while keeping the rest of your inventory unchanged.
Restock butt, ring, fork, spade or solder seal connectors for the connection methods your team uses.
Choose larger packs for repeat repairs when usage history supports the additional inventory.
Use a mixed organizer when technicians need several terminal families available at one workbench.
| Terminal Type | AWG Coverage | Available Format | Selection Cue | Required Tool | Best Refill Use |

| Heat shrink butt splices | AWG 26-10 across listed variants | Bagged refill quantities | Match barrel size and color to AWG | Matched crimper and heat gun | Inline automotive and low-voltage repairs |
| Ring, fork and spade terminals | AWG 22-10 across listed variants | Type-specific refill packs | Check AWG plus stud or tab size | Matched terminal crimper and heat gun | Ground, stud and disconnect connections |
| Non-insulated terminals | AWG 22-10 across listed variants | Type-specific copper terminal packs | Check conductor and terminal dimensions | Non-insulated terminal crimper | Connections that receive separate insulation |
| Professional organizer kit | Mixed common wiring sizes | Multi-type organized assortment | Choose by job mix and restock frequency | Tools matched to each terminal family | Fleet, workshop and repeat service work |
Compatibility check: A matching AWG number alone is not enough. Confirm the terminal family, insulation type, barrel profile, stud or tab dimensions and required tool before ordering a refill.
Check the conductor AWG first, then match the connector color, barrel size and terminal dimensions shown on the product. Ring and fork terminals also require the correct stud size, while spade terminals require the correct tab style.
Only when the tool supports the terminal family, AWG range and crimp profile. Insulated, non-insulated, open-barrel and heavy cable terminals can require different dies even when the wire gauge overlaps.
Choose single-size packs when one connector is used repeatedly and the rest of your inventory is still balanced. Choose an organizer kit when the workbench needs several terminal types and sizes available for varied repair jobs.
Keep sizes separated, dry and clearly labeled by terminal type and AWG. Record minimum stock levels and avoid mixing visually similar terminals that require different crimp profiles or stud sizes.
