65Ft 1-1/2 Inch Heat Shrink Tubing Roll provides a continuous 65-foot length of black 3:1 dual-wall, adhesive-lined tubing for sealing, insulating, and strain relief on compatible large cable bundles and battery connections. The supplied inner diameter is at least 39mm and the fully recovered inner diameter is no more than 13.5mm.

Use the 65Ft 1-1/2 Inch Heat Shrink Tubing Roll for compatible large cable bundles, battery connections, equipment wiring, marine wiring, and heavy-duty harness protection where an adhesive-lined insulating sleeve is required. The current Shopify product is a black tubing variant. Do not use it where the 39mm starting diameter cannot pass over the largest part of the connection or the recovered diameter cannot grip the smallest section.
Measure the largest diameter the tubing must slide over and the smallest diameter it must seal after heating. Confirm the supplied inner diameter of at least 39mm clears the connection and the recovered inner diameter of no more than 13.5mm will seal the finished joint. Do not choose the tubing by wire gauge alone.
The tubing can recover to about one-third of its supplied diameter when heated correctly. This 39mm size has a specified fully recovered inner diameter of no more than 13.5mm.
Check both the largest part the tubing must pass over and the smallest section it must seal. Do not select the tubing by wire gauge alone.
Use a controlled heat gun. An open flame can scorch the sleeve, damage nearby insulation, and create an uneven adhesive seal.
