90Ft 1/8 Inch Heat Shrink Tubing Roll provides a continuous 90-foot length of 3:1 dual-wall, adhesive-lined tubing for insulating, sealing, strain relief, and color identification on compatible small wire joints. The 1/8-inch tubing starts at 3.2mm and recovers to approximately 1mm when heated correctly.

Use the 90Ft 1/8 Inch Heat Shrink Tubing Roll for compatible automotive, marine, electronics, appliance, and workshop wiring where a sealed insulating sleeve or added strain relief is needed. Blue, red, green, yellow, and black variants support project identification. Do not use this size where it cannot pass over the largest part of the connection or recover tightly around the smallest section.
Measure the largest diameter the tubing must slide over and the smallest diameter it must seal after heating. Confirm that the 3.2mm starting diameter clears the connection and that the approximately 1mm recovered diameter will grip the finished joint. Select color by the project’s identification standard rather than by wire gauge alone.
The supplied 3.2mm tubing can recover to approximately 1mm when heated correctly, allowing it to pass over a wider section and seal around a smaller finished joint.
Check both the largest part the tubing must pass over and the smallest section it must seal. Do not select the tubing by wire gauge alone.
Use a controlled heat gun. An open flame can scorch the sleeve, damage nearby insulation, and create an uneven adhesive seal.
