1. Break down the connector structure
A solder seal connector is a small assembly whose parts must work in sequence. The sleeve shrinks, the adhesive flows and the solder wets the stripped conductors under controlled heat.

2. Check solder quantity and flux consistency

A quality connector has two intact adhesive rings positioned near the sleeve ends. When heated correctly, the sleeve recovers around the insulation and a small, even bead of adhesive becomes visible at each end.
