  1. Confirm the conductor gauge before selecting by color: white AWG 26-24, red AWG 22-16, blue AWG 16-14 or yellow AWG 12-10.

  3. Place the metal barrel in the matching insulated-terminal crimp profile and make a complete crimp on each side.
  4. Perform a firm pull test, then apply controlled hot air while rotating the connector.
  5. Heat from the center toward both ends until the sleeve recovers evenly and adhesive seals appear at the edges. Allow the splice to cool before testing or restoring power.
