  4. Rotate the wire or tool to heat the tubing evenly without scorching one spot.
  5. Stop when the tubing has recovered and the adhesive forms an even seal.
  6. Place the heat gun on its stand and allow the nozzle and connection to cool before touching or storing them.

Do not block the air inlet, aim the nozzle at skin, use the tool near fuel vapors, or leave it operating unattended.

This product heats up quite quickly and is able to remove screen from my printed parts. The heat shrink tubing shinks very quickly and the heat gun is extremely durable. The length of the wire is reasonable and could reach quite long distances. For the price it is definitely worth the money and compatibility.

Gun and shrink tubing are good, but nozzle is useless.

The heat gun and shrink tubing work well. However, there is nothing to hold the "nozzle" attachment in place; I tried bending the rim a bit for a tighter fit, but that didn't work - it just falls out.

Good quality. I use mine all the time.

This is a nice quality air heater for shrink tubing. I use heat shrink in almost all of my electronics projects and have used a basic bic lighter for a long time. I finally got sick of the black smudging and bought a version of this that was fine but not as nice in quality as this one. I am pleased! Handy little things. (I often use them for the shrink wrap packaging on my hand cream formulations too...beats using the hair dryer. )
