Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days. Expedited delivery takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, for a total estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. Available methods and final charges are shown at checkout. Carrier, customs, weather, or remote-area delays may extend these estimates.

Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details.

We deliver to many countries, including Canada, Germany, Spain, France, the UK, Italy, Japan, and the US.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in substantially the same condition in which they were received, with original packaging and proof of purchase. If an incorrect, damaged, or defective item was supplied by us, we will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping and no restocking fee applies. For an authorized non-defective return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply if disclosed before the item is sent. Email support@haisstronica.com for authorization and the correct return address. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection; banks may require an additional 3–10 business days.

We accept major credit cards and digital wallets, such as apple pay, google pay, after pay.

The heat shrink butt connectors are made of copper for the contact material and polyolefin for the insulation material.
