65Ft 3/4 Inch Heat Shrink Tubing Roll provides a continuous 65-foot length of 3:1 dual-wall, adhesive-lined tubing for sealing, insulating, strain relief, and color identification on compatible large cable and wiring joints. The supplied inner diameter is at least 19.1mm and the fully recovered inner diameter is no more than 6.3mm.

Use the 65Ft 3/4 Inch Heat Shrink Tubing Roll for compatible battery leads, large cable joints, harness branches, marine wiring, equipment wiring, and workshop repairs where an adhesive-lined insulating sleeve is required. Blue, red, green, yellow, and black variants support project identification. Do not use it where the 19.1mm starting diameter cannot pass over the largest part of the connection or the recovered diameter cannot grip the smallest section.
Measure the largest diameter the tubing must slide over and the smallest diameter it must seal after heating. Confirm the supplied inner diameter of at least 19.1mm clears the connection and the recovered inner diameter of no more than 6.3mm will seal the finished joint. Select color by the project identification standard rather than by wire gauge alone.
The tubing can recover to about one-third of its supplied diameter when heated correctly. This 19.1mm size has a specified fully recovered inner diameter of no more than 6.3mm.
Check both the largest part the tubing must pass over and the smallest section it must seal. Do not select the tubing by wire gauge alone.
Use a controlled heat gun. An open flame can scorch the sleeve, damage nearby insulation, and create an uneven adhesive seal.
