Great kit

Love the kit and the idea of the solder center. However, the heating element is not hot enough to melt the solder before the sides over melt. I suggest to use the included heating gun to secure the wrap, then use a more pinpointed heat source to melt the solder.

Works well with one minor flaw

Works as it should, however the heat deflection piece is very loose and difficult to work with. Small price to pay for the cost of the unit.

Excellent heat-gun.

This was worth the cost. It has been great so far. I can't speak to how long the parts or equipment will last, as I have only started using it, but so far it's what I was looking for.
