Straightforward copper terminations, organized by size.
Prepare bolted cable connections with a focused assortment of cable lugs.
• Copper construction — provides a conductive body for properly formed cable terminations.
• Size-based selection — match both the cable gauge and terminal-stud opening.
• Choose your kit contents — lug quantities and any accompanying tubing depend.
Item:76 PCS Kit

Copper Wire Lugs Kit AWG 8/6/4/2 supplies bare-copper ring terminals for battery, power-distribution, automotive and other high-current cable connections. The 60PCS, 76PCS and 80PCS options contain different wire-gauge and stud-hole combinations, so select the kit from the verified comparison below rather than by piece count alone.

The 80PCS kit covers AWG 8, 6, 4 and 2 with 5/16- and 3/8-inch holes. The 76PCS kit covers AWG 6, 4, 2 and 1 with the same two hole sizes. The 60PCS kit contains AWG 8, 6 and 4 lugs across #10, 1/4-, 5/16-, 3/8- and selected 1/2-inch holes.
❓Are these lugs tinned?
No tin plating is claimed for these variants. They are bare copper lugs with a pickled surface treatment. Add suitable sealing and corrosion protection when the installation environment requires it.
❓Do I need heat-shrink tubing?
Use adhesive-lined heat-shrink tubing when the crimp needs electrical insulation, strain relief or protection from moisture and contaminants. The 76PCS and 80PCS kits include 40 precut 1/2-inch 3:1 dual-wall tubes; the 60PCS kit does not include tubing.
❓Which crimping tool should I use?
Use a cable-lug crimper whose die range includes the selected AWG size. A light-duty insulated-terminal crimper is not suitable for these heavy copper lugs. Confirm the die mark, complete the crimp and pull-test the cable before energizing the circuit.
❓How to Choose
Match the lug barrel to the conductor gauge, not the cable's outer insulation diameter.
Match the ring hole to the bolt or stud: #10, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 or 1/2 inch as listed for the selected kit.
Choose the 60PCS kit for more stud-size combinations, the 80PCS kit for AWG 8/6/4/2 with 5/16 and 3/8 inch holes, or the 76PCS kit when AWG 1 is also required.
❓How to Crimp and Protect the Connection
Disconnect power, cut the cable square and strip only enough insulation for the conductor to seat fully inside the barrel.
Use a cable-lug crimper with a die matched to the cable gauge. Crimp the barrel firmly, then perform a pull test.
For kits with tubing, slide the tubing over the joint and heat evenly until it recovers and seals. The 60PCS lug-only kit requires separately purchased tubing when insulation or environmental sealing is needed.

Straightforward copper terminations, organized by size.
Prepare bolted cable connections with a focused assortment of cable lugs. Haisstronica’s pickled copper options give you conductive lug bodies in selected cable and stud sizes. Match the dimensions, crimp with the correct tool and keep the remaining lugs organized for the next connection.
• Copper construction — provides a conductive body for properly formed cable terminations.
• Size-based selection — match both the cable gauge and terminal-stud opening.
• Choose your kit contents — lug quantities and any accompanying tubing depend on the selected option.
Use these ring lugs for battery banks, starter cables, inverters, distribution blocks, grounding points and other bolted high-current connections. Bare copper offers high conductivity; in damp, marine or corrosive environments, seal the completed joint with correctly sized adhesive-lined heat-shrink tubing and follow the equipment maker's corrosion-protection requirements.
