Use these tin-plated copper fork terminals for compatible terminal blocks, control panels, automotive accessories, equipment wiring and workshop repairs where the screw connection is designed to accept a fork terminal. The brazed seam supports a consistent barrel crimp when the correct die and conductor size are used.

Do not use a fork terminal where the equipment requires a closed ring, a sealed connector, a different stud size or a terminal with built-in insulation.

1. Confirm the conductor gauge: AWG 22-16, 16-14, 14-12, 12-10 or 8.
2. Confirm the equipment screw or stud size: #8, #10 or 1/4 inch.
3. Select the corresponding 30PCS, 50PCS or 100PCS variant shown in the table.
4. Use a non-insulated terminal crimper with a compatible gauge cavity.

1. Disconnect power and strip only enough insulation for the conductor to fill the barrel without exposed strands beyond it.
2. Insert the conductor fully into the terminal barrel.
3. Place the barrel in the correct non-insulated crimp cavity and complete the full crimp cycle.
4. Perform a firm pull test and inspect the crimp before connecting the fork under the compatible screw.
5. Add approved insulation or heat-shrink protection when the installation requires electrical or environmental protection.

How do I choose the correct fork terminal size?

Match the terminal barrel to the conductor AWG, then match the fork opening to the screw or stud. Available openings are #8, #10 and 1/4 inch depending on the selected variant.

Which crimping tool should I use?

Use a crimper with a die or cavity specified for non-insulated terminals and the selected conductor gauge. Do not substitute an insulated-terminal cavity unless the tool manufacturer approves it.

Are these terminals waterproof?

No. They have no built-in insulation or environmental seal. Add correctly sized heat-shrink tubing or another approved protective method when sealing or strain relief is required.

When should I use a fork terminal instead of a ring terminal?

Choose a fork terminal for a compatible screw connection that benefits from quick removal without fully removing the screw. Choose a ring terminal when full stud capture or the equipment specification requires it.
