Quick-Change Crimping Jaws let you switch between heat-shrink terminals, wire ferrules, solar connectors, non-insulated terminals, insulated PVC terminals, and open-barrel terminals without changing the complete tool. These hardened-steel replacement dies are made for the Haisstronica 9-inch quick-change jaw crimping tool. Select the jaw by terminal type and wire size before crimping.

Each variant contains one selected quick-change jaw. The 9-inch crimping tool handle is sold separately. Compatibility with other crimper frames is not listed.
The jaws are made from hardened steel with precision grooves and permanent terminal-type and size markings. Use them for repeatable production, repair, automotive, electrical, solar, and workshop crimping only with the specified terminal family and size range. Do not use a jaw on incompatible terminals or cable sizes.

No. Each product variant contains one selected H1-H6 replacement jaw. The handle is sold separately.
H4 is for non-insulated closed-barrel terminals from AWG 22-8. H6 is for non-insulated open-barrel terminals from AWG 20-10.
Match the cavity marking to both the terminal type and the conductor size. After installation, make a test crimp and confirm the compression with a pull test.
Yes. The compatible Haisstronica 9-inch crimper uses a tool-free quick-change mechanism. Confirm the jaw is fully locked before crimping.

You can return any item within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return a product, you must notify Haisstronica within 7 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately due to logistics, we cannot accept return requests after this period.
All items being returned must be in new and resalable condition.
Refunds will be provided after the items have been received and inspected by Haisstronica. A 10% stocking fee will be deducted from the total amount.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Taxes and any other charges incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
