❓How to Choose the Correct Settings
Confirm the wire type and conductor gauge. Use the stripper only within AWG 24-10 and do not use it on THHN.
Set the stripping-force knob low enough to avoid nicking strands, then increase only if the insulation is not removed cleanly. Set the length stop to the connector barrel depth.
Choose the red, blue or yellow crimper cavity that matches the terminal's AWG range and confirm the cavity suits the terminal construction.
