The manufacturer does not publish one universal stud size or shrink temperature for every assortment. Confirm the ring opening against the actual stud and follow the selected connector's packaging before installation.
Use the yellow AWG 12-10 terminals for compatible larger-gauge conductors in battery accessories, ground points, distribution blocks, marine and RV systems, trailer wiring and equipment repairs. The ring must sit flat on the stud and the terminal barrel must match the conductor gauge. Do not use these terminals on live circuits, on cable outside the marked AWG range or where a different terminal material or certification is required.
