from 1546 reviewsFantastic buy. I purchased this to crimp a variety of cable terminals for a commercial audio installation. I could not be happier with the purchase. It did an excellent job crimping. If you are looking at this because you have a specific job in mind, make sure the dies work with the terminals you intend to use. I needed only two of the included dies, but both worked perfectly. I am happy to have the other dies from r use in the future.

I recently purchased the Haisstronica Crimping Tool for Non-Insulated Open Barrel Terminals, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice! This tool has made my wiring projects easier and more efficient.

Made the.re-wiring of my radio a snap. It was easy to use and they hold tight and keep the moisture out.

It's nice to be able crimp these connectors in a single step. The wire stripper works smooth and has a depth gauge so every end is stopped the same. I was able to strip and crimp 24 new ends on a replacement cable for project on 30 minutes.

Just got these crimping and stripping tools, I am impressed with quality of how they are made. These tools are strong and definitely easy to use . The wire is easily removed and the connector are easily cramped. The size is perfect. The value is the best part because these 2 tools would cost double if not more from the box stores.

I have a ton of old solderless connectors in a divider tray and they have worked great for years and it just takes a little bit of electrical tape afterwards or a small piece of shrinktube to protect the connections from the elements. This set takes that process and just improves on it by integrating some marine grade (aka has a glue lier) shrink tube into the actual connector. The ratcheting crimper gives you plenty of leverage but I was concerned that the action of crimping would cut/break the heatshrink tube. I have used it on about a dozen wires and the crimper doesn't cut all the way through the insulation and it actually sort of re-heals itself when you put some heat on it to shrink it down. Also, the organization box is a handy way of keeping everything together so it doesn't get lost.

Love these terminals. Very satisfied with the quality. I highly recommend them. Ronnie from Iowa.

These heat shrinks are fantastic. Theyre a 3:1, so they get really small. The adhesive liner is great for creating a waterproof seal.Theyre pretty flexible, and seem like theyre incredibly durable. Im confident in these holding for a very long time. Theyre UV resistant, and I got them to use for trailer wiring. After shrinking, they do get a little stiff, but theyre still flexible. The red and black colors are great for color coding wire phases.I recommend these shrinks! Theyre a great value.

I used these to rebuild a couple pairs of old jumper cables. They worked perfectly and saved me from having to buy new lesser quality cables. I would buy again.

I bought the 6pcs set because I already had wire strippers and I certainly didn't need another screwdriver. I'm happy so far with the set to the limited extent I've used it. Until now, I've only used the cheap crimpers you get with those kits of "insulated" terminals. I don't like those terminals because they often don't seem to hold very well, you can't get a good look at the result because of the plastic covering, and if I want insulation (which I usually do) I prefer shrink tubing. I wanted to buy Haisstronica open-barrel spade terminals to get optimum results, but they don't seem to offer them. The spade connectors I bought - "Twidec" - do work in this tool, but they stick pretty badly after crimping. It will take a lot more experience before I'm really comfortable using this tool. It's important to match the wire size to the correct terminal size. Likewise, it's important to match the terminal to the correct slot in the jaws of this tool. The jaws are stamped for wire size, but only experience guides you regarding which slot to use with which terminal size.

Worked awesome when rebuilding battery cables on my 97 Cummins.

Nice selection for the price.. good quality

Used to wire a boat I rebuilt and boat trailer I rewired with new lights so I needed heat sealed waterproof connections. No shorts or failures.

I guess Im so used to junk heat shrink I didnt know stuff like this existed. Very thick and shrinks SO much. Great buy.
